in Plat Book 11, Pane 19 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TOG~THER with a11 the tenements, heredi~aments and appurtenances
thereto bel.onging er in anywise aUpertaining.
TO HAVE AND 'TO HOLD, the same in fee sir~ple f~rever.
AivD the grantors hereby covenant with said grantee that the
grantors are lawf ully seized of said land in fee simple; that
the grantors have good ri~ht and lawful authority to sell and
convey said land; that the grantors hereby fully warrant the
title to said land and will defend the same against tne lawful
claims of all persons whomsaever; and that said land is free of
all en^umbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to Dece:r:ber 31~
I954. Subjec~ to oil, gas and mineral lease recorded in need
Book 1~5~ at pagP 49 of the public recards of St. Lucie County,
tloriaa. But in the event that oil or other r~inerals are euer
found under aforesaid prop~rty, a11 royalties wi~l belong to

conenants of record.
