16. For the breach of any of the above reatrictions, the Grantar shall be entitled to apply for relief
by injunction in addition to any other remedy and fsilure of the Grantor to enfarce a reetriction herein
shall not be deemed a wavier of a right to do so thereafter as to the same, a prior, or subsequent breach,
and Grantor shall not be held liable for said fsilure to enforce any restriction herein.
16. All of the coven~nts and restrictions ahall remain in force until January 1, 1968~ and ahall be
autamatically renewed for each 5 year period thereafter unleas ownere of at least two-thirds of the lota in
the develupment shall, at least six months prior to aay suc~ re~ewal date, agree in wrfting to a change in
or an abrogation of any of the above covenants, and records snc~i writing ao amending the aforesaid
covenants.
