THIS CAUSE coming on to be finally heard upon the Coaplaint
of the Plaintiff, the Decree Pro Confesso entered against the i
Defendant for her failure to answer as required by law, and the -
testinony af the Plaintiff and his witness, and after careful ~
consideration uf the pleadings and testisony, it appears that
the equities of the cause are with the Plaintiff, and he is
entitled to the x~elief prayed for in his Co~plaint.

That this Court has jurisdiction ~f the parties and of the
subjec~ matter of this cause.
