This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party of the second part,
its successors, legal representataves and assigns, a rightrof-way and perpetual easement in and to said
lands for drains and drainage ditches, street and utilities, and public utilities purposes; and the said
part of the first part do _ hereby fully warrant the title to said lands, and will defend
the same against the lawful claims Qf all persons whomsoever, claiming by, through or under part ies
of the first part.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the second party, its successors and assigns, ta
gether with immunity unto the second party, its successors anti assi,gns, from all claims for damage, if
any, arising from or growing out of such construction and/or maintenance, to the lands, if any, owned
