THE MORTGAGOR C(7VENANTS AND AGREES THAT: ( (
(1) The MORl'GA~OR herein shall make the pay~sent i, called for in the lYt mortgage I ~
now encumbering this property, tn the MORTGAGEE herein, which payment s the MORTGAGE[ here- ~
in shalf in turn deliver to the owner of the said lat mortgage .
~ (2) If the MORTGAGOR herein does not make the scheduled payments as they come due under the afore-
; said 18t mortgage , then the MORTAGEE here at 1tBoption, can make the seid delin-
~ quent payment S, adding said payment S made to the balance due under this mortgage deed, In
the event that the MORTGAGQR herein does not make the scheduled payments as they become due ,
: under the aforesaid 18t mon9~9~ , then at the option of the MORTGAGEE
~ herein, the entire balance due hereunder can be de~lared due and payable in full on demand by the ~k
said MORTGAGEE herein. ~
(3) The MORTGAGOR herein shall not further entumber this property, except by obtaining the permission
of the MORTGAGEE herein.
s (4) The MORTGAGOR herein will at the req~est af the MORTGAGEE herein, refinance the first mortgage ; ~ ~

now encumbering this property at any time deemed desirable by the MORTGAGEE he?ein. The pro- ~

ceeds of said refinancing to be applied against the unpaid balance due hereunder. 4, ~
(5) The MORTGAGOR herein w+l! at the request of the MORTGAGEE herein acknowledge this mortgage
and the amount still due at the time of the request an a form provided for this p~rpose by the MORT- _

GAGEE. '
~ (6) Failure on the part of the MORTGAGOR to comply with, perform, or abide by any of the agreements, ~ ~
~ stipulations, conditions and covenants as set forth above in sections l, 2, 3, 4 and 5, empowers the ~
k MORTGAGEE herein, at his option, to declare the entire balance due hereunder to be due and payable
~ at once. Failure of the MORTC3AGEE herein, to exercise this option at any time shall not constitute a ~;s
~ waiver of the right to exercise this option ~t some laier time. ~
i (7~ In the event of foreclosura of this mortgage deed, the MORTGAGOR will be held liable only to the ex- ~
