submission of a stcxlement in writing of such nc~uges, p~rowided, that suct~ wark stuxll not be oom-
menced until 10 days after I(we) mn (cae) given notice by Genaral Development Ccxporattiai that
such work is required. Suct~ notice shall be deemed given and such statement shall be dee~!~d eub-
mitted as of the day it is depo~ited in the United Stcrtes mml. Such charges shall canstitute a lien
against the prnperty.
This agreement shall ba binding upon my (our) heirs, successors or ~signs cmd shall be con-
strued as c~ covenant nuuiing with the lcmd.
