l. That he was the attorney for Henry D. Goforth who
appears in Deed Book 180, page 503 as one of the grantees and
wha therein appears t~, ha~:e tak.en titl~ from cne S. C. Barrett an
Anna 0. Barrett, his wife, who appears of record to have been
the grantee in Deed Book 1.81, page 277.
2,. ~t Samuel Craig Barrett as appears ~.n the said record
is one and the same person as S.C. Barrett,
3. That H. D. Goforth as appears in the abovesaid records
as grantee is one and the same person as Henry Gaforth as
appears in C. 0. Book 37, page 148 all being in the public reco~d
of. St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. That on May 28, 1954 as set out in Aeed Book 191,
page 387 and on May 11, 1954 as appears in C.C?. Booic 37, page 148
~ienry D. Gof orth a/k/a H. D. Goforth owned a vested right as one
o~ the par~ies owning an estate by the entirities or otherwise
or ici H. D. Goforth alone, zn and to Lot 3, Black 1 as set out
in Deed Boatt 238 pa~,e L10, all beino in the public records of
St. Lucie Caunty, Florida.
