the building or buildings, sitaated on the premises i.^ ~-der to prevent a¢i unsightly ar un~otfe oondition.
3. As to cmy rasts or expenses incurred by GENFR~IL DEVELOPMENT CORI~URATiON, its suc-
cessors or ~signs, in bringing about ~d accomptishing the v~ror~ refe*red to in the notioe, the urid~r-
signed agrees to make pccyment thereof within 20 days afier demcmd. Provided, however, that dem~nd
!or payment shali not exceed actuul oosts or expenses incurred.
4. In the event that the undersigned shall fail or refuse to maYe payment of th: actual costs or
expenses incuned, then, cmd in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cessors or assigns, may undertake collection of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
hereunder, together with atl costs of collection including a reasonab2e attarney's fee. GENERAL -
DEVELOPMENT CORPC7RATION may, in adclitian to other remedies prescribed by Flcrida Iaw, give
notice that it has csequired a lien an!~.nst the subject property for said mnount cmd may file a Notice
of Lien arnong the Public Reco;ds of the County in which the premises rs~e situated.
This c~greement st~~ll be binding upon my (our) heirs, successors nr assigns cmd shall be con-
st: ued as a covenc~t runn:ng with ihe land.
