MODIFICATION OF A.RTICLES t)F AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PP.ESENTS, that that certain Articles of
~
Agreement dated November 18, 1959, between W. J. PIOWATY (and Hortense ~
Piowaty, now deceased) parties af the first part, and ROOSEVELT DUNCAN
and ANNIE DUNCAN, his wife, parties of the second part, and that the
assignee of said Articies pf Agreement, YOUNG D. DICKSON and ESTELLE S.
DICKSON, his wife, do agree with the buyers under said Articles of
Agreement, ROQSEVELT DUNCAN and ANNIE DUNCAN, his wife, that pursuant
to the terms thereof the assignee will comply with the terms and con-
ditions thereof and that the balance due under said Articles of Agreement
is the amount of $7,740.94, payable at the rate of $75.00 per month and
that said Agreement is modified hereby to reduce the interest on said
balance from seven (7$) per cent to 6.25$ per cent per annum, and said
agreement is further modified so that said payments are to be made to
the Dicksons at their place of business or such other place as may be
provided, and in all other terms the aforesaid Articles of Agreement
are t~ remain in full f~rce and effect and that the assignees thereof
will deed to the buyers thereunder that parcel of land situated in
St. Lucie County, Florida, and described as follows:
The North 45 feet of Lot 12 and the South 30 feet
of L~t 11, Block 3, BLAKELY SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 10, page 50, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
