Section 19, Township 35 South, Rang~ 40 East lying south af the south right- _
of-way lineof Okeechobee Road (State Road 70) and East of the East right-of -
way line of Jenkins Road.
This Deed is given to correct an error in that certain VVarranty Deed from J, H.
Hogan and Allie Mae Hogan, his wife, to R. L. Wiley, the same being dated
June 5, 1950 and having been filed on June 15, 1950 in Deed Book 157, page 456,
public records of St, Lucie County, Florida, and the undersigned represent that ~
~i they are the sole surviving heirs at law of the said ~T. H. Hogan, who died
';1 intestate on January 4, 1965.
