the CITIZENS NATIONAL 8~11NK, a torporation, of St. Petersburg, Florida, hereinaher referrtd to aa the Nbrtgagea:
l. The Mortgagor hereby gives and grants to the Mortgagee, its suctessors and assigns, a mortgage lien upon the
follawing destribed personal property now in Pinellas County, Florida:

as security for payment of that certain premissory note datcd ~$~St 19. , 19, 65 , executed by the
Mortgagor and delivered and payable to the Mortgagee in ttte aggregate amount of ~ 30.000.00_ ,
2, The Mortgagor hereby warrants and repr~sents to the Mortgagee that the above descfibed property is now in his
possessian, custody, and control, that he has the absolute right to encumber said property ns above set forth, and that
said property is free and clsar of all liens, mortgages, and encumbrances whatsoever, except the iien of this mortgage.
3, The Mortgagor hereby agrees that said persanal property shall be kept 1Q51 DiGior~io Road -
Fort Pierce, Florida and will not bc moved therefrom without the written consent of the
- Mortgagee, its successors or assEgns.
4. 7he Morigagor agrees to keep 4he above dexribed property insured against loss as follnws:

alf insurance here required shall be carried with companies acceptable to the Mortgagee, with loss, if any, payable to the
Mortgagee, and all policies shall be delivered to and retained by the Mortgagee untif the indebtedness hereby secur~d
has been fully paid. If the Morigagor fails to maintain the insurance hereby required, the Martgagee may place the same,
and all advances made by the Mortgagee in connection therewith shall be repaid by the Mortgagor and secured by the
lien of this mortgage.
5. The Mortgagar agrees that he shali have no right to sell or otherwise dispose of said property without the written
consent of the Mortgagee urstil The indebtedness hereby secured has been fu11y paid. The Mortgagar further agrees to
keep said property in good repair and candition, reasonable wear and tear only exaepted.
6. In the ~vent of a default in the payment of the promissary note hereby secured or any installment thereof, or in the
event of a breach by the Mortgagor of any covenant of this mortgage, the MorTgagee may forclose the I~~n hereby
created and the Mortgagor agrees to pay all costs and expenses, including a reasonable attorney's fee, thereby incurred
by the Mortgagee. •
7. The term "Mortgagar;' as hereinabove used, shell include the masculine, feminine or neuter gender, and singular
ar plural number, as thc context of this instrument demands.
