Trustees, hereinafter called the Optionee, for and in consideratican of Three

whic~: is Y:~reby acknowledged, hereby agree as follows:
1. The Gptionor gives and grgnts to the.Optionee and its assigns tY;e
exclusive right or privileae of purchaaing the following described real pro~~rty,
to-wit:

sw 1/4 less a parcel in the PiE corner fronting
100 feet on Orange Avenue, 200 feet deep,
and
The 'rJest 1~2 of the SE 1~4 of the Si~ 1~4 all
being in 5ection 11, Township 35 South,
Fcang~e 39 :ast, St. Lucie County, Florida,
excepting therefrom all ri~ts of way for
drainage canals and public roads cantaining
29 acrea more or less.
Subject to r2strzctions, reservations, and
easements.
2. The total purchase price of seid property ia ihirty Three Thousand
and no~100 (~33,O~:A.00) Dollars, and shall be ciue and payable in cash by the
C~ptionee to the Optionor, if this option is exercised, at Fort Pierce, Florida,
on date of clasing. The o~tion deposit being a part of the purchase.
It is specifically agrezd that a broker's commisaion in the amount
of fihree Thousand and no~100 (~3,OOO.QO) Dollars is to be paid by the Optionor
if this option is ezercised in the manner as herein set forth.
3, Natice of election to purchase hereundsr by the Optionee shall be
in ~nriting and shall be given ta t!~e Optionor at their address in Fart Pierce,
Florida, on or hefore the day of 1905.
4. The Optionor rrill apply for a change in the current zoning classi-
~ fic~stion aith respect to the subject prop~rty from hgricultural to Industrial,
to permit the use of said property as a compressor station, together with
appurtenant facilities and allied usea b,~ Optionee, and Optionor will fully
cooperate with Ootionee in obtaining said change. Optionse will pay all costs
incurred in applying for said ~oning change. Should the Optionor fail
