BOLIN and EILEEN BOLIN, his wife, hereinafter called the Optionor, and 0'LAUGHLIN AND 0'LAUGHLIN, as trustees, hereinafter called the Optionee, for and in con- sideration of Four Thousand Four Hundred and no/100 ($~~,400.00) Dollars, paid by ~'LAUGHLIN AND 0'LAUGHLIN, as trustees, to the Fort Pierce Abstract Company, as escrow~agent, receipt of whieh is hereby acknowledged, hereby agree as follows: 1. The Optionor gives and grants to the Optionee and its assigns the exclusive right or privilege of purchasin~ the fo?lowing described real property, to-wit: The 5ou~h z of the NW~ of the SW~ containing 20 acres more or less, together with a 20 foot ~ drainage easement to the Soufih boundary of the SW~ of the SW'~ o~'5ection 11, Township 35 South, Range 39 East. The North of the SW3y of the SW~ containirzg 10 acres ma~re or less of Section 11, Township 35 Sou~h, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, ~'lorida, excepting therefrom all rights of way for drainage canals and public roads. Subject to restrictions, reservations and ~ easements. 2. The total consideration for the above-described property, if this Option is exercised, shall be the sum of Forty-Faur Thousand and no/100 ($44,000.00) Dollars cash, due and payable at closing; and as a - f'urther consideration Optionee agrees to convey to the Optionor as of the • date of closing, the following described property, situa~.e ~n St. Lucie County, Flarida, to-wit: The West 2 of the S~u of the SW'~ less the North 4 of the W Z of the W 2 of the SE~ of the SW'~ all . being in Section 11, Township 35 South, R~nge 39 East, containing 17~ acres more or less. It is specifically agreed that a broker's comnission in the amount of Four Thousand and no/100 ($4,000,00) Dollars is to be paid by fi~~~ Optionor, and that the aforesaid broker'~ comnissaon is part of the above ~ ~otal. purchase price, to ~e paid by the Optionee to the Optionor, i~ th:is Option is exercis~d, in ti~e mann~r as h~reinabove set forth. 3. Notice oF election to purchase hereunder by the Optionee shall be iri writing and shall be given to the Optionor at their address in Fort Pierce, Florida, on or before the 2Uth day of December, 1965. 4.
