THE MORTGAGOR COVENANTS AND AGREES 7HAT:
(1) THE MORTGAGOR herein shall make the payments called for in the first mortga~e now en4umbering this
property to the MORTGAGEE herein, which MORTGAGEE shall in turn deliver said payment to the owner
of the said mortgag~.
(2) If the MORTGAGOR herein doPs not make the scfieduled payments due ur~der the first mortgaqe when
they fal( due, then the MOR'fGAGEE at its option can make the said first mortgage payments to the
owner of the said first mortgage, addin9 said paymerrts made to the balance due under this second
mortgage.
(3) THE 1VlORTGAGORS herein shall not further enclu-nber this pro,r~erty, except by permission of the MOR7-
GAGEE herein.
(4) The MORTGAGORS herein will allow the MORTGAGEE herein at some later date to re-tinance or re-ar-
range the first mortgage now encumbering this property in any way so lang as it is not to the financiai
~ loss of the MORTGAGOR herein. The NIORTGAGOR herein agrees to sign any papers or documents per-
tinent and necessary for said re-finandng to proceed. Proceeds frorr sa~d refinancing to ap~~y towards
the unpaid balance of this mnrtgage note.
!(5) THE AAORTGAGOR hereirs will a~t any time at the request of the MORTGAGEE herein acknowledge this
mortgage and the amourrt of principal due hereunder, in writing on a form provided for this purpose by
fhe MORTGAGEE. The purpose of these statements wii) be for annuai audit or spec+al audit prior to sale
of this mortgage.
(6) In the evertt of foreclosure of tJ~is mortgage de~sd, the MORTGAGORS are to be held liable only to the
exten! of the property erxumbered by ihis mortgage.
