R E S O L U T I O N
WI~REAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commis-
sion, after holding a public hearing of which due notice was pub-
lished at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all
property owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said
hearing, has recormnended to the Board af County Commissioners of
5t. Lucie County that the hereinafter described requests for ~
change in zoning classifications be granted; and
WHEREAS, said Hoard of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on said recommendations on August 24, 1965, after first
publishing notice of said hearing in The News Tribune on the 6th
day of August, 1965, said date being at least fifteen t15) days
prior to the date af said hearing:
NOWr THEREFORE~ BE TT RESOLVED by the Bc~ard of Cammissioners
of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 24th day of August,
1965, that the zoning of the follcwing described property, to-~wit:
A11 of Lot 60 of White City S/D as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 1, Page 23 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, EXC~PTING THEREFROM, the Wes~ 600
feet of said Lot 60, and also EXCEPTING:
Begin on the North side of Midway Road and
the West end of the bridge over the St.
Lucie River, r.un West 250 feet; thence North
300 feet; thence East to the East boundary
of said Lot 60; thence South to th~ Point of
Beginning, Section 4, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, ~lorida,
be and the same is hereby changed from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-ZC
(Residential) .
~ That zoning of the foilowing described property, to-wit;

SW~ of SE~, Section 9, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby changed from R-1C (Residential} to A-1
(Agricultural) .
