County, Florida.
This mortgage is given subject to a prior first

Laan Association of Fort Pierce, a co~poration
under the laws of the United Sta~es of Ame~ica,
found in Official Records Book 94, at Page 358
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, filed July 21, 1964, in the original
principal sLmt of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($16,500.00), payable at One Hundred
Forty-one Dollars and Seventy-five Cents ($141.75)
on the 15th day o~ each month, said payments
shall commence on the 15th day of September, 1965,
by the Mortgagors and the Mortgagors shall be
responsible for said payments each and every ~
