and s~ys that your affiant is well acquainted vaith Blanche Gilbert, a
single adult, being that person described in the warranty deed recorded
in Deed Book 195, at page 360, of the publ.ic records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, anri your affiant is also well acquainted with Blanche Gilliam
Eddy, a single adult, being ~he grantor of that warranty deed recorded
in O. R. Boak 64, at page 666, of the publfc records, of St. Lucie County,
Florida, conveying the following described real property:
Lot 10, Block 3, Highland Park Subdivision, according to the
plat thereof recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Your affiant knows that Blanche Gilbert and Blanche Gilliam Eddy
are one and the same person, that Blanche G~lbert was the widow of
Gaylord Gilbert, who departed this life in Orlando, Florida, on April 25,
1926, and that Blanche Gilbert was a single adult and the widow of
Gaylord Gilbert on June 26, 1954, when she was the grantee of the above
in Deed
described deed/Sook 195, page 360, and that Blanche Gilbert took her
maiden name afte~ that date, to-wit: Blanche Gilliam Eddy, and that the
said Blanche Gilliam Eddy was a single adult on December 7, 1961, when
she gave a warranty deed to the above described property, recorded in
0. R. Book 64, at page 666, and that Blanche Gilliarn Eddy is the maiden
name of Blanche Gilbert, and that they are one an~1 the same ~er~on..
