That both at the time of the execution of said note and
mortgage, and at all times subsequent thereto a~d at the present time,
the parties hereto do hereby agree and now certify that said ~ortgage
could and would secure future advances ~ade by the First Party to
the Second Party and that the total amount of indebtedness secured
rhereby may decrease or increase from ti~e ±o time, but the total
unpaid balance so secured at any one ti~e shall not exceed the
principal sum of $30~000.00 plus interest thereon at b 1/2% per annu~
until July 13, 1969, and at 6~ per annum thereafter, pay~enfis of
which and the tim~ thereof are as specified in said original note.
Nothing herein contained shall be dee~ed an obligation on the part
of the First Party ta make any future advances.

It is further agreed by the parties ;ereto that there is naw
owing under said note and mortgage the principal sum of $26,QOO.QO
plus arcrued interest thereon at 6 1/Z°1~ per annum from July 13,1965.
~urther, it is agreed and acknowledged by the parties hereto that
the First Party has this day advanced the additional sum of $2,000.00
unto the Second P~rty, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the
Second Party, and thereby increasing the principal sum now re.maining
unpaid to $28,000.00, the payments for which shall be subject to the
same ter~s, interest, ~ovenants and conditions ~s set forth in the
promissory note above referenced, and secured by the mortgage above
referenced. In all other respects, the said note and mortgage are
hereby ratified, approved and confirmed by the parties hereto, and
the Second Party agrees to pay the said principal and interest thereon
in accordance with the terms ~thereof, and to comply with the other
terms of said note and mortgage.
