SUBRODINATION A~REEM~NT
I~IOW ALL MEN BY T1iESE PRESENTS: That the CITIES SERVICE OIL
COMPANY, successor by merger to ORANGE S"IATE OIL COMPANY, to that certain
contract executed by ORAAIGE STATE OIL COMPANY and SIDNEY CECIL CAMPBELL and
BE'TTY GAi~BELL, his wife, under date of October 4, 1957, recorded in Official
Record Book 232, at Page 227, St. Lucie ~ounty Public Records, encumbering
real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Begin at a point whare St~te Road ~~a intersects
the East line of the West ~ of che SW~ of,the
NE:, run East 500 feet, South 300 feet, West to
East Right of Way line of State Road 4~4; North-
westerly along East Right of Way line of State Road
~~4 to the point of beginning; Section 22, Township
36 South, Range 40 East.
at the request of SIDNEY CECIL GAMPBELL and BETTY CAMPBELL, his wife, and
in consideration af the s~mn of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable con-
sideration, inuriry3 to the undersigned from First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Fort Pierce, Florida,daeshereby subordinate the lien of said
contract to tihe lien and operation ofthat certaim m~rtgage and the indebted-
ness secured thereby, executed by SIDNEX CECIL C~BELL and BETTY GAMPBELL,
his wife, to Firsr Fed~ral Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce,
Florida, under date of October 2, i964,recorded in Official Record Book 101,
ar Pages 132 and 133 of the l7ublic Records of St. Zucie County, Florida,
securing the sum of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00) and encumbering the
above described real property, in the same manner and effecC as if said
mortgage had been dated and filed for public record prior to and in advance
of th~ contract held by the und~rsigned which is hereby subordinated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our hand and seal
this 18th day of June, 19b5.
