1947, and recorded August lst, 1947, in Deed Book 136, at page
569~ of the public records of St. Lucie County~ F1ori~a, to a
concrete monument, thence turn and run East parallel ta the
North line of Kentucky Avenue a distance of 84.4 teet ta a
concrete marker on the West line of Georgia Terrace Subdivision,
thence South along the West line of Said Georgia Terrace Sub-
division, a distance of 260.0 feet to the po~.nt of beginning;
said land being a part of~the land described in that certain
deed from Paul E. Joiner and Flora Ni. Joiner, given to Ruhl W.
Koblegard, Jr. and Hazel K. Kobleqard, dated February 26th, 1957,
and recorded February 26th, 1957, in Deed Book 225, at page 18,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with al1 the tenements, hereditarnents and ap~urtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple farever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the gran-
tor is lawfully seized of said land in fee si~mple; that the grantor has
good right and lawful authority to.sell and c~nvey said land; that the
grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said Iand and will defend
the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that
said land is free of a11 encumbrances, excep~ taxes accruing subsequent
to December 31, 1964.
