first part, and Administrator of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United
States of Ameri~a, and his successors and assigns, whose address is Veterans
Administration, Washington 25, D. C., hereina£ter called party of the second

WITNESSETH: That the Earties of the first par p~r and in consid-

hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable
considerations, do, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm un~o the said party of the second part, his suc-
cessors and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land, lying and being

AND the parties of the tirst parC do hereby cavenant with the party
of the second part that they will forever warrant and defend the title to th~
said lands against all claims whatever.
This deed is an absolute conveyance of title in effect as well as in
forn, and is not intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance or security of any
kind. 'The consideration therefor, in addition to that hereinabove set forth,
is full release of all debts, obligatioY~s, and charges heretofore subsisting
on account of and by the teYms of that cer~ain mortgage heretofore existing
cn the property herein conveyed; said mortgage is dated the
