1965, from LOUIS HAYNES, JR., and JANE HAYNES, his wife; J. DAVIS BULLUCK,
JR. , and DOROTHY S. BUI.I~JCK, his wife; and FR.ANC&S MA.RIS BULLUCK, a
single adult, by J. DAVIS BULLUCK, JR., her attorney in fact, first
party, to SADIE C. SIM~NS, whose postoffice address is 3313 Sunr3se
Boulevard, Fort Pie=ce, Florida, second party:

party" shall include singular and plural, heirs, legal rep-
resentatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors
