closed; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FIARIDA:
Section 1. That por~zon of street right-of-way lyin~ between the
Southerly boundary of Lot 4 of Mrs. C. S, Harper's Resubdivision
(Plat Book 3, Page 15) of Lo~s 5 and 6 of Dittmar and McCarty~s Plat
in plat Book 1, Page 3, of St. Lucie County, Florida, public records,
and the Northerly boundary of Lots 7 and 8 af Block C of Dititmar and
McCarty~s Plat in P1a~ Book 1, Page 3, of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida,
~ublic records, be and the same is hereby vacated, abandoned and closed.
Sectlon 2. This Ordinance shall be and become effectave upon final
passage.
