THE MQR7GAGOR CO~lENANTS AND AGREES THAT: (
(1) The MORTGAGOR herein shall make the paymentS , called for in tfie lSt & 2Ad mortgage~
now encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein, which payment S the MORTGAGEE here-
in shall in turn deliver to the owner S of the said 1St & 2Yld mortgage 8.
(2) If the MORTGAGOR herein does not make the scheduled payments as they c.~,me due un~er the afore-
said lst & 2Ad mortgageB , then sne M~RTAGEE here atltii option, can make the said delin- ~
quent payment6 , adding said payment S made to the balarce due under this mortgage deed. In
ihe event that the MORTGAGOR herein does not make the schedu!ed payments as they become du~
under The aforesaid lSt & 2rid , rnortgage B, then at thE option of the h10RTGAGEE
herein, th~ entire balance due hereunder can be deG~ared due and payable in fuil on demand by the
said MORTGAGEE herein.
(:3) The MORTGaGOR herein sh~lf rot further encumber this property, except by obtaining the permiss;on ~

(5) The MUKTGAGOR herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEE herein ackno~vlec{ge this mortgage

(6) Failure on th~ psrt of the MORTGAGOR to camp!y rvith, per~arm, or abid2 by am~ af the egreements,
stipulations, con7itions ~nd c;ov~nants as sei forth above in s°ctions l, 2, 3, 4 and 5, empowers the
h10RTGH ~EE hprein, at his opt:on, to dec,lare the ent;re b?iance due hereunder to be ciue and payable
