~ 2. The Seller shall complet~l~~ erect the equipment on the floor of the Buyer's abo~e-mentioned
~ place of business but ahall not be required to do or cas~se to be done any plumbing work or electrical
~ wiring in connection with such installation. The expenae of the preparation of the space to be occupied
by th~ equipment (including all carpentry work, alterations connected with euch installation and the
bringing into 4aid place of business of the equipment) and of ihe use of a"Greenfield" condui~, and any
unusual expen~e invalved in carrying the equipment above or below the ground floor, shall be borne
entirely by the Buyer unless otherwise specified herein.
Delivery of the equipment shall be made to said place of business on or about_____l~.th____day of
