Q: This cause came on upon the Plaintiff's Motion For Final

finds: that a Complaint was duly filed in this cause; t~at the
Defendant was duly served with process in accordance with the
laws of the State of Florida; that the Defendant has failed to
answer the Plaintiff's Complaint wi~hin the time allowed to him
by law; that the Plaintiff is entitled to the Judgment prayed
far in its Camplaint; and the Court being otherwise fully apprised
in the premises, it is
