Mazch 1, 1947, recorded March 7, 1947, in Deed Book 132, Page 439,
public records of St. Ltaci~ County, Florida; That said E. F. SI1~1pNS
died August 2,~,, 1962, in the Veterans l~iemorial Hospital in Coral Gablea,
Florida; That at the time of the death of said E. F. SIMMONS he and
your Affiant ~aere husband an~ wife and were Ziving together as a family
on the propery describ~d in the above mentioned Deed, and hereinafter
described; That said property was the homestead of said E. F. S~lONS
ar?d SADIE C. 57.AlMONS, his wife, and had been occupied by them as thefr
homest~ad for vears prior to the death of sa:,d E. F. S~pNS;
That since the death of sai.d E. F. 5IMMONS your A~fiant has continued
to reside on said property as her home~tead until the date herevf.

has been the homestead of said E. F. SIMr~ONS and 3ADIE C. SIMMONS
is lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, mare particularly
