THIS INDENTURE, Made this ~ day of September,
A. D. 1965, by and between CENTER LAKE ~ORATION, a Florida
corporation, and CENTER LAKE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE, hereinafter
called the Mortgagor, and FLORIDA NATIONAL HANK AT ORLANDO, a
National Banking Associafiion, hereinafter called the Mortgagee.
WITNESSETH: That for and in cansideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuab].e considerations
to it in hand paid, Mortgagor dces hereDy grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said Martgagee, its successors and assigns,
in fee simple, the following described lanci, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit :

Eas~; and that part of Section 35, Township 37
Sou~h, Range 38 East and the West 1/2 of Sec-

recorded in Deed Book 165, Page 367, St. Lucie
County, Flarida public records but including the
lands reconveyed by quit-claim deed from Central
and Southern.Florida Flood Control District, as
recorded in Deed Book 229, Page 19, St. Lucie
County, Florida public records.
