Mortgagee within ten days next after payment; and in the event that any thereof is not a?o paid, esUsfied and
discharged, said Mortgagee may at any time pay the aame or any part tt?ereoi without w8iving or aflecting
any optibn, llen, equity or right under or by virtue of this mortgage, and the luil amottnt of each and every
such payinent shali be immediately due and payable and shall bee?r interest from the date thereo! u.ntil paid

8. To place and continuausly keep on the buildinga now or hereatter aituate on said tand fire and windstorm
insurance in the usual standard policy torm. in a ss~m not less than ; in euch com-

a renewal thereof, together with a receipt for the premium o! such renewal; and ther0 ehall be no such insur-
ance placed on any of said buildings, aay intereet therein or part thereof, unlesa in the iorm and vE+iith the loss
payable aa aforz$aid; and ta the event any aum ot monep becomea payable under such poUcY or poUcies aaid
Mortgagee ahall have th~ option to receive and apply the same on account of the indebtedneas ~ured hereby or
to permit said Mortgegor to recEive and uae it or any part thereo! for other purposea without thereby waiving
