Court having examine3 the evidence filed in this cause by the
Plaintiffs attorney, and the Court being satisfied that the
allegations of the Compla~.nt are true, and that the relief asked

40 East, lying and being in the County of St.
Lucie and State of Florida,
was and now is vested in the Pla3ntiffs,-W. B. ROSSLOW and
La~RUCE ROSSLOW, his wife, as the owners in fee simple absolute.
2. ~'hat the Plaintiffs title to the above--described real
property is hereby for~ver quieted against any and al.l claims,
demands, or pretensions of said Defendants, LZLY MAE McCLAIR, if
al.ive and if dead, her unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees,
creditors, or other parties claiming by, through or under or
against Lily Mae McClair; and MARGAR~sT LEE JAMES, i~ alive, and
