YJARRANTY DEED

'IHIS WARRANTY DEED made this 7th day of September,
1965, by C. S. OR'I~DN, JR, and KATHLEEN J. OR'I~ON, hereinafter
called the "grantor", to C, STEVEN OR'PON and SUZANNE OR'I~DN,
husband and wife, hereinafter called "grantee": (Wherever
used herein, the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the
parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of
the corporation).
W I T N E S S E T H:
T~at ~he grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of One Dallar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt ,
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, that
certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Flarida, to wit:
An undivi~ed one quarter interest in the South
657 feet of the North 1022 feet of Block 4,
of AIAN WIISON GROVES as per Plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 12, at Page 50, of the Public -
Records of S~. Lucic County, Florida, containing
38.65 acres, subject ta a 60 foot easement along
the East Boundary and an 85 f.oot ea~sement along
the West Boundary.
'IY3GETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining, '
T~0 HAVE r~ND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
~ AND the rantor hereb covenants with said rantee

that the grantor is lawf ully seized of said land in fee simple;
that the grantor has gaad right and lawful ~utharity to sell and
convey said larzd.
IN WITNESS WHERFA F, the said grantor has signed and
sealed these presents the day and year first above written.
