THE MORTGAGOR COVENANI'S AND AGRE~S THAT:
(1) THE MOR7GAGOR herein shall make the payments called for in the first mortgage now encumbering this
property to the MORTGAGEE herein, which MORTGAGEE shail in turn deliver said payment to the owner
of the said mortgage.
(2) If the MORTGAGOR herein does not make the scfiedufed payments due under the first mortgage when
they fall due, then t#~e MORTGAGEE at its option can make the said first mortgage payments to the
' owner of ihe said first mortgage, addin~ said payments made to ti~e balance due under this second
mortgage,
(3) TFIE MORTGAGORS herein shall not further enclumber this property, except by permission of the MORT-
GAGEE herein.
(4) The MORTGAGORS herein will allow the M,ORTGAGEE herein at some later date to re-finance or re-ar-
range the first mortgage now entumbering this property in any way so long es it is not to the financial
~ loss of the MORTGAGOR herein. The MORTGAGOR herein agrees to sign any papers or documenls per-
tinent and neqessary for said re-financing to pro~eed. Prnceeds from said re~financing to apply tawaras
the unpaid ba~anSe of this mortgage note.
(5) THE MORTGAGOR herein will at any time a4 the request af the MORTGAGEE herein acknowledge this
mortgage and the amouM of principal due hereunder, in wriiing on a form provided for this purpose by
the MORTGAGEE. The purpose of these statements will be for annu~l. audit or special audit prior to sale _
of this mortgage. .
(6) In the everrt of foreclosure of this mortgage deed, the MORTGAGOR~. are to be held liable only to thz
