THE MORTGAGOR COVENANTS AND AGREES THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGOR herein shal! make the payment called for in the 1 8t & 2rid mortgage 8

(2) If the MORTGAGQR herein does not make the scheduled payments as they come due under the afore-

the event that the MORTGAGOR herein daes not make the scheduled paymznts as they become du~
