THIS ASSIGNMBNT OF AGRESMENT FOR DfifiD aa.de ar?d entered

and HE.L,EN M. LUCAS, his wife, hereinafter called First par#ies and
EDMUND M. RADKE and DORIS M. RADKE, his wife, whose mailing address

Second parties,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That said First parties ~ox and in considezation of the
sum of TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideratian to
them in hand gaid at ar before the execution hereaf by Second parties,
hereby grant, bargain, s~ll, assign, transfer and set over unto Second
parties, their he3rs, grant~es, administrators and assigns all right~
title, in#erest, claim and dema nd had or claimed by first parties
in and to that certain Articles of Agreement dated October 22, 1962
and filed far record in Officia.l Record Soak 49, Page 245 af the
Pub1iG Reaords of St. Lucie County, Florida, between ISAxAH LUCAS
and HELEN M. LUCAS, his w3fe~ as Sellexs, and OLL7E MAE LEWIS, a
singl~ adult, as Buyer~ and covering lands situate in St. Lucie County~
Flori~.a., described as :

Jellison~ s Subdiv~.si,on in the NW~ of SE~
