THIS NDDXFICATION AGREEMENT made and entered into this
~~day of September~ ].965 by and between WILLIAM W. WHITEHURST,
hereinafter call~d the raortgsgor and LUCILLfi E. WHITEH[JRST and
CHRISTINE E. ABBOTT, hereinafter c:alled the mortgagees,

WHEREAS, on the ~Oth day of August, 1963 the mortgagor
made and executed a cextain mortg,age to the mortgaqees, ar~ci the
same ~?as thereafter filed and recorded in Officisl Recard ~ook 69~
at Page 239 of the Public Recar~s of St. LuciQ County, Florida,
encumberi~g the follow~ng described lands in St. Lucie County,
Floridar
Lats 20 and 21, and the North
40 feet of the Lot 22 , of Block

plat thereof on file i.n Plat Boolc
4, at Page 50 of the Public Rec ords
af St . Lvcie County' Florida,.
which said rnortgage was given to secure the payment of a Prom3.ssory
Note of even dafie in the principal sum ~f $1,800.00, non interest
bearing and payable in monthly installments af $18.00 each coxnmen-
~cing September 20, 1963 and continu3ng monthly on the same day
of each succeeding manth thereafter unti I said principal sum was
paid in full. And
WHEREAS, the said note and mortg~ge a.re now in technical
default w3,th no p~.yments having been made thereund~r so that the
~ present principal balance cnntinues to be the sum of $I,800.00. And
WHEREAS, the mortgagor has requested the mortgagees to
change and modify the terms of the said Promissor~r Note as herein--
aftQr provided with the mortgagees being agreeable thereto.
