$10.00 and oth~r valua,ble consideration paid by the mortg~gor,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by fihe mortgagees, the
mortgagees do hereby ch~nge a~nd madify the ternas of said Promissoxy
Note in the following manner:
1. The ex3.sting default under said Pxomissory
Note is hereby wra3ved by the ~aartgage~s
and it is recognized tha;t the pzesent and
total exnpa3.d balance under the s~?me is
$1,800.00.
2. That no fuzther payments shall be required
under said Promissory Note ~intil September 20,
1966 at wh~ch time there shall be due a
principal payment of $20.00. Thereafter and
on the same day of each succeeding month a
principal payment of $20.00 shall be due and
payable unt~l the entire principal sum due
of $1,800.00 is paid in full.
And it 3s recogn.iaed and agreed by fihe mortgagor a.nd
mortgagees that nothing herein contained shall affect the validity
or priority of said Note and Mortgage and all the ter~ms arr3 con- .
ditions of the same shall remain the same excepting only the modi-
fications of said Promissory Note hereiriabove set foxth.
IN LJYTNESS W'HERDOF, both the said mortgagor and the
said mortgagees have hereunto set their hands and seals the dalY
and year first above written.
