Koblegard, Sr., hereinaf ter called the grantor, to the following grantees: Rupert N. Koblegard, Jr., 125 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, Ruh1. W. Koblegard, Jr., 125 South Second Stre~et, Fort Pierce, Florida, and Frances K. Harcus, 111 Denbar Road, Bloomfield, Michigan WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 received from each of the grantees and other val.uable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto ~he grantees an undivi~ied twenty-five percent of that certain ` land as hereinaf ter described in the percentage~ as set out, to-wit: Rupert N. koblegard, Jr., an undivided twelve and one-half percent, Ruhl W. From the Northeast corner of Government Lot 3, Section 13, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run West along the North line thereof 1500 feet, more or less, to the meander line of U. S. Government Survey of 1887 of said Section 13, the P. O. B. thence continue on a projection af said North line of said Government Lot 3, 1003 feet to the East shore of Indian River; thence South 23030' East 185~ feet along and meandering the shore of Indian River; thence South 49000' East, 1240 feet continuing meander on the shore of Indian River; thence South 84@0' E~st 800.7 feet, continuing said meander to a point on the pro- jectian of the East line of said Government Lat 3; thence North along the said projection of East line of Government Lot 3, 1225 feet, more or less, to the meander line of said Survey of 1887; thence West along said meander line of said Survey, 973.5 feet; thence North 26~00' West 1188 fee~ continuing on meander line of said survey; thence North 2°30' East, 338.8 feet, continuing on said meander af said survey ~.o the point of beginning, containir~g 59.55 acres, . more or less, and being in Section 13, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida TOGETI~R WITH all. riparian rights thereunto belonging or ~ a.n anyvsise appertaining. ~ This deed is given subject ta all reservations ot record ~ to the Trustees of the Internal ~mprovement Fund of the State of Florida.
