ANCILLARY EXECUTOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this ~~day of August, 1965,
between JOHN L, WEHLE, Ancillary Executor of the Last Will and
Testament of Louis A, Wehle, deceased, Grantor, and JOHN L. WEHLE,
whose mailing address is 2175 Scottsville Road, Town of Chili,
New York, Grantee,
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, by virtue of the
power and authority to him given in and by the said Last Will
and Testament of Louis A, Wehle, deceased, and in coneideration
of the sum of Forty Six Thousand Four Hundred ($46,400.00) Dollars,
to him paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, has granted, bargained, sold, alienet~, remised, re~sed,
conv~yed and cor~firmed and by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise,::release, convey and confirm unto the ,
Grantee, his heirs or assigns, forever, the following dsscribed
real property, situate, lying and being in the County of St.
Lucie and State of Florida, to-wit:
The South 232.46 feet of the North 1088.46 feet
