her husband, OWEN FiAZELLIEF, and MARY NETTLES. formerly known as
Mary Allen and Mary Sallette, joined herein by her husband, W. M.
NE'TTLES, all of St. Lucie County, Florida, and CLP,RICE DANISON,

formerly known as Clarice A1].en and Clarice Strickland, joined
herein by her husband, GEORGE DANISON, of Palm Beach County,
Florida, of the firs~ part, and HENRY HAZELLIEF, also sometimes
known as H. Hazellief, and IRENE HAZE,aLIEF, his wife, whose post-
office addresses are White Way Dairy Road, Fort Pierce, Florida,
of the second part, WI TNESSETH:
WHEREAS, NEWTON ALLEN died iritestate while he was seized
and possessed of real property in St. Lucie Caunty, Florida,
described as follows: The SW~ of the NE~ of Section 18, Township
36 South, Range 37 East, containing 40 acres, more or 1.ess; and
WHEREAS, the estate of said deceased was duly administered

his widow, Clarice Allen, who subsequently became known as
Clarice Strickland but who is now known as Clarice Danison; and

Lucie County, Florida, and left her surviving as her otsly heirs
at law her children, Irene Hazellief, Myra Hazellief and Mary
