in cor.sideration of the sum of ~10. 00 and other good and valuable consideration
received from HERBERT RDCHESTER and BONNELL ROCHESTER, husband
~ and wife, the Grantees, of Gainseville, Georgia, hereby on this~day of
August, 1965, convey to the Graritees, the real property in St. Lucie County,
