THIS INDENTURE, Made this 2nd day of Se~tember ,
A. D. 1965, by and between MABEL CORP'B~ATION, a Florida
ccrpora~ion,
hereinafter called th~ Mortgagor, and CENTER LAKE CORPORATION, .
As Trustee, a Florida eorporation, hereinafter called the
Mortgagee.
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.U0) and other gocyd and valuable considerations
to it in hand paid, Mortgagor does hereby grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said Mortgagee, its successors and assigns,
in fea simple, the follawing described land, lying and being in
, St. Lueie Couaty, Florida, to-wit:
The South 80 acres of that part of tr~e East 1/2 of
Secticn 36, Townshig 37 South, Range 38 East (less
the East 100 feet thereof) ~.ying North of Cana1 C-23
of the Central and South+ern Florida Flood Control
District, as shown by deed recorded in Deed Book 165,
Page 367, St. Lucie County, Florida public records,
but including the lands reconveyed by quit-claim
deed fro~a Central and Southern Florida Flood Control
District as recorded in Deed Book 229, Page 19, St.
Lucie County, Florida public records.

roads, canals and railroads;
~b) A reservation in favor of Circle M. Ranch,
3 Inc. in Deed Book 229, Page 21, Public Records of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, of an undivided one-half
(1/2) interest in and to all of the oil, gas and
sulphur and other minerals in, under or upon said
land;
v t c) The purchase money mortgage from S outhern
Fruit Distributors, Inc. to Office Building Invest-
~ ments, Inc. dated April 15, 3.965 and recorded in
Official Records Book 6Z, Page 380, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgagee has
~ agreed to have released upon payiment to mortgagee
o° - ~ of 570,000.00 principal under the obligation hereby
~i~ secured; and a separate promissory note from
~Z~'~ ~ mortgagor to mort~agee dated August 23, 1965 in

As Trustee, its successors and assigns, for permanent

TO HAYE AND TO HOLD the sa.me, together with the tene-
ments, hereditaments and appurtenances, unto the said Mortgagee,
its successors and assigns, in fee simple.
PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if said Mortgagor, its successors
ar assigns shall pay unto the said Mortgagee, its successors or
assigns, that certain mortgage note, of which the fo~laaing in words
and figures is a true copy, to-wit:
