For value reteivedr, 1, we, or eithar of ~s, promise to pay without defatcntion, to the order of HARRIS
GONS7RUCTION COAPORATION, at thei~ office in Fort Pierte, Florida, the sum of with
interest from date at the rate of~aQi'a per annum, in monthly insta~lments aa followa:

notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either befare or after
