OPTION TO PURCHASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That EDITH W. ZUCKERMAN, a free
dealer, hereinafter called the Optionor, and 0'T..AUGHLIN AND 0'LAUGI~,IN, ~.s
Trustees, hereinafter called the Qptionee, for and 3n consideration of Three
Thousand Two Hundred and no/100 ($3,2U0.00) Dollars, paid by OtLAUGHLIN AND
0'LAUGHLIN, as Trustees, receipt of wh3ch is hereby aclm~wledged, hereby
agree as follows:
V""` l. The Uptionor gives and grants to the Optionee and its

assigns the exelusive right or privilege of purchasing the fnllowing described
real property, to-wit:
The North 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 11, Towns3~ip 35 South, Range 39 East,
. St. Lucie County, ~lorida, excepting there-
fram a11 rights of way for drainage canals
and public roads containing 20 acres, more
or 1ess.
Subject to restrictions, reservations and
easemen~s.
2. The total purchase price of said property is Thirty-Two
Thousand and no/I.00 ($32,OOO.oa) Dolla~s, and shall be due and payable in cash
by the Optionee to the Optionor, if this Option is exercised, at Fort Pieree,
Flarida, on date nf closing.
It is specifically agreed that a braker's commission in the
amount of Three Thousand and no/100 ($3,OQ0.00) Dol].ars is to be paid by the
Optionor, and that the aforesaid brokerTs comnission is part o£ the above
total purchase price, to be paid by the Optionee to the Optionor, if this
Option is exercised, in the manner as herei.nabove set forth.
3. Notice of election ta purchase hereunder b~ the Op~ionee
sha1.1 be in ;ariting and sha11 be given to the Optionor at her ``adc~ress in Miami,
Flarida, on ar before the day of ~~~Mt~i ~2.._ _ , 1965.

4. The Op-~ionor will apply for a change in th~ cur~ent zoning
classification with respect to the subje~t property from AgricultUral to
Industrial, to permi~ the use of said property, as a compressor station, to-
gether with appur~enant facilities and allied uses by Optionee, and ~ptionor
wi.11 ful.ly cooperate wi~h Optionee in obtaining said change. Optionee will
pay all costs incurred in applying for said zoning change. Should the Optionor
fail to obtain a final and eonclusive change in the zoning classification from
Agricultural to Industrial as set forth above, prior to the ~ 0~ day of
