Re: Queens Cove
Gentlemen: '
You will recall that under the mortgage held by you aqainst the Queens ~
Cove property, we are entitled to hava released from the lien of that mortgage ~
acreage in ac~ordance with the release schedule as set forth in a modification
agreement executed April 5, 1961.
While we are making a principal payment now in the sum of $ 6Q, 000, we ~
do not wish at this time to have released the acreaqe to which we would be en~ .
~ titled. YVe would prefer merely to reserve the right of release with respect to
this payment until we have been better able to decide upon the precise acreage
to be released.
We would appreciate your executing the enclosed copy of this letter to
indicate your agreement that we may, in the future, designate sixteen (16)
acres to be released againsti the amount of the foregoing principal payment
being made at this time.
Yours very truly,
Queens Cove Trustee, Inc.
