THIS INDBNTURE, Executed this ~ day of September. A.D.
1965 , bet~veen WILLIAM FULTON VASSAR, as Executor of the Estate of
w~ S. VASSAR, deceased, Party of the Fir~rt Part, and ETBEL LOUISE
BRANCH VASSAR, a sxn~le adult, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, Party of the Second Part,
WITN$SSBTH~ That, Whereas, the County Judgeof St. Lucie
County, Florida, on the ~ G day of September, 1965, among other
things, ordered that the Party of the First Part execute a Deed to
the Party of the Second Part,
NOW~ THEREF~RE, This Indenture Witnesseth: That the said
WILLIAM FULTON VASSAR, as Executo= of the Estate of W. E, Vassar,
deceased, in ord,er to carry into effsct the exchange of interests
in the lands described in sai.d Order and in pursuance of the Order
of the said Court, and in consideration of the sum of One Do11ar
($1.00) and other val.uable consideration , paid by the Party of
the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
Party of the First Part has granted, bargained, sold, and by these
presents does gran~, bargain, sell, alien, release, convey and con-
firm unto the Party of the Second Part and to hex heirs, executors,
administsators and assigns forever, that certain parcel af land in
St. Lu~ie County, Florida, described as follaws, to-wit:
The South half of ~he following described
tract, to-wit-
That part of Tract 9 of th~ Re-Subdivision
of Surora Heights, as per plat tl~ereof on
file in Plat Book 7, Page 14, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, lying East of
U. S. Highway No. l.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the saane, the above described and hereby
granted premises with the appurtenances unta the said Par~y of the
Second Part, and to her heix s, executors, administratvrs and assigns
forever, to her own proper use, benefit and behoof.
