~ 1965, pursuant to order of the County Judge's Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, dated the 16th day of September, A. D. 1965, and in consideration
of the premises and tk~e sum of Fifteen Thausand Five Hundred I7~ollars
($15, 500. 00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grant,
bargain, sell, aiien, premise, release, convey and confirm to the parties
of the s~cond part, and to their heirs and assigns forever, that certain real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as fotlows:
That part of the South 147 feet of the North 1729. 57 feet of
Government Lot 1 in Section 1, Township 36 South, Range
40 Ea~st, lying East af the East Right-of-way liae of the
Ftorida East ~oast Railroad, including riparian rights,
subject to right-of-way for Indian Rirer Drive.
