USLC shall have the right at any time, and from time to time, to enter upon the hereinafter described real property, or aay pnrt tl~ereof, and to remove therefrom all or nny part oi the USLC property nnd any other property aow or hersafter eoversd by the USLC Lease. C. Lessee is not in default of a~ ~f the urms of the Hend Leaae. D. In the event of any defcuit by Leasee of the Head Leaas prior to its expiration, Landowner shull not urminnu snid Htad Lease or take nny oction to enforce nay clnim with re:pect diereto Hrithout giving to USLC not less t~oa thirty (30) days written notiee and the right to cure such default within that period. E. The nal property referred to in this agreemtnt is that certain ceol property described on "Exhibit A", which is attached hereto nnd incorporaud herein by this reference. F. Notwithstanding arry of the urms or provisions of the Head Lease or of any othe~ agreement the rights, pwowers and privileges of the Landowaer, his successort nnd assigns, with respect to the USLC Property shall at all times ' be subordinote, inferior and subject to the righu, pvweis and privileges of USLC, its successors and assigns, under the USL!C Lease. G.
