KNGW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that JOHN HANDLIN THRELKELD,
also named in the complaint as JOHN H. THRELKELD, and NETTtE
THRELKELD, his wife, and GRETCHEN THRELKEl.D DAVIS, ndmed in the
complaint as GRETCHEN THREL.KELD, the Defenc~ants in the above-°
styled cause, wherein A Judgment for Costs Against Plaintiffs
was entered on the 2nd day of April, 1965, in the above-named
Court for Forty-seven Dollat-s and Ninety Cents {$47.90~, far costs
as taxed in said cause against PAUL B. KELLY and pAISY KELLY, his
wife, and RUTH A. KELLY, the Plaintitfs therein, said judgment
being duly recorded in the Minutes of said Court in Chancery Order
Book 62, page 477, public records of 5t. Lucie County, Florida,
do hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction cf said judg--
ment for cflsts agair~st Plaintiffs and hereby conse~t that the
same shall be s~tisfied af record.
