THE MORTGAGOR ~OVENANTS AND AGREES THAT:
(1) i'HE MORTGAGOR herein shall make t~e-~Sayments talled for in the first mortgage now en4umbering this
property to the NIORTGAGEE herein, which MORTGAGEf shall in turn deliver said payment to the owner
of the said mortgage. ~ '

they fall due, i~hen the MORTGAGEE at its option can make the said first mortgage payments to the
owner of the said first mortgage, addi~ said Fiayments made to the balance due under tt~is second

(3) THE MORTGAGORS herein shal! not further enciumber this property, except by permission of the MORT-
GAGEE herein.
(4) The MORTGAGORS herein will allow the MORTGAGEc herein at some later date to re-finance or re-ar-
range the first mortgage now encumbering this property in any way so long as it is not to the financial
loss af the MORTGAGOR herein. The MORTGAGOR herein agrees to sign any papers or documents per-
tinenT anc~ neGessary for said r~financing tn proceed. Proceeds from said refinancing to apply towards

(5) THE MORTGAGOR here~n will a~F any time at the request of the MORTGAGEE hereir~ acknowledge this

of this mortga$e.
(6) In the everrt af foreclosure of t~is mortgage deed, the MORTGAGORS are to be held liable only to the
extent of the properfy encumbered by thia mortgage.
