Covenants of Debtor. Debtor hereby warrants and
covenants:~
1. USE OF OOI.LATERA?L. That the Collateral is not
used or bought for pers~nal, fa~ni~y or household p~rposes; that
the Collateral is ~nd/or wiLl be used primarily as Packing House
equipment; that the Collateral and~or a part of the CoLlateraL is
- being acquired with proceeds of the said Note or Nates, which
proceeds the Secured Party may disbu~se directly ta the Seller
of the Collateral.
2. LOGA,TION OF COLLATERA.L. That the Cnllateral will
be kept at 2130 Nor.th Old Dixie Highway, Fort Fierce, Saint Lucie I
County, Florida, and that Debtor will not remove ~he Collateral
fram said address without the written consent of Secured party.
3. DEBTORtS PLACE OF BUSINESS. That the Debtorrs
place of business in said State and County is 21~0 North OLd
Dixie Highway, Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida, and that
the DebtQr `aill immedi.ately notify the Secured Party a.n writing
of any change in or discontinuance of Debt~rts place of business
in said location.
4~ FIXTURES. That if the Collateral has been attached
to or is to be attached to r2a1 estate, a description of the real
